But Arthur and I had a great WhatsApp video call and I quickly realized that he was not only a friendly person, but he is running an ethical and professional tour company. He set me up with a suitable 4x4 vehicle and we negotiated a fair rate. His driver Willy met me at the border and was such a sweet and caring man, he even helped me translate a few times and assisted me with basic travel tips for the region. I wouldn't hesitate to book a Safari or tour with Arthur. He's running a straightforward and reliable company and won't waste your time!

Trip of a Lifetime - Most Incredible Experience Ever! - My boyfriend and I (from Canada) spent 10 amazing days on a private tour with Arthur in January 2019. We trekked to see the chimps, had amazing game drive luck... read more as we spotted 12 lions, leopards, tons of elephants/hippos/cape buffalo/kob and so much more, and we trekked to see the gorillas at bwindii. This trip has been the best trip we've ever been on! Arthur is an exceptional man, who cares a lot about his clients. We booked the trip almost a year in advance, and Arthur made an effort to keep in contact with us on a weekly basis to ensure all of our questions were answered and we were comfortable for our trip. Arthur's goal is to make his clients happy. He is very knowledgeable of where to go and what to do, and has experience selecting the absolute best lodges that are clean, with great views, and amazing food. Arthur is a confident driver, with 6 months of intense defensive driving training, so you always feel safe with him. He's a friendly man, always up for a good laugh, and we consider him family! Exceptional Tour Guide - This trip was one the best I have ever been on. We traveled in a larger group so we had three guide/drivers. Arthur was excellent at finding the best animals... read more when we were on safari, is very good at bird identification and made us feel very safe even in challenging driving conditions! Our tour included Rwanda and Uganda, with 2 gorilla treks, chimpanzee trek, safari in Murchison Park and Queen Elizabeth Parks. We also went on a couple of boat cruises on the Kazinga Channel and the Nile River. We toured Murchison Falls on the Nile River and saw many amazing sights all across the beautiful countryside.
